Practice and Approach:

I am a Licensed Psychologist-Master in the state of Vermont and have been working in private practice for over ten years. I know that choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision, and I appreciate the trust it takes to begin this process. Working with a licensed professional ensures that your therapist has undergone extensive supervised training and demonstrated the expertise needed to guide you with care and skill.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, helping them navigate challenges and build more manageable, meaningful lives. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic and Relational Therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I’d be happy to talk with you about my style and approach to see if we’re a good fit—because finding the right therapist matters, and you deserve a space where you feel supported and understood.
